Real Estate Accounting Manager - $125k / yr + 15% bonus

Responsibilities :
- Prepare financial reports, annual budgets, and quarterly budget re-projections
- Review operating and tax escalations and annual estimates
- Work with construction professionals on development project accounting
- Handle cash management, including weekly check funding
- Conduct tax basis amortization and depreciation calculations
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business
- 5+ years in property accounting, primarily in commercial real estate
- Proficiency in tenant recoveries (CAM) and waterfall calculations
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Windows; MRI experience is a plus
