Job Description

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework / DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Location :  On site at our closed-door pharmacy 8971- B Harlan Street, Westminster, CO 80031

Salary range : $22-$24 / hour

Schedule : 24hrs per week. Thursday-Saturday. Rotating Shifts on Thursdays and Friday (8-4 : 30pm, 9-6 : 30pm, 10 : 30-7, 12-8 : 30pm). Saturdays 10-6 : 30pm.

Key Responsibilities :

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for :

  • Efficient order entry and follow-up
  • Troubleshooting prescription / patient data entry discrepancies
  • Ensuring accurate and timely prescription / patient information input
  • Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Must work with urgency and timeliness
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the State Board of Pharmacy is preferred, but not required (good standing)
  • Skills & Abilities :

  • Strong computer skills
  • Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
  • Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
  • Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
