Overview of the Role :
Our client, a leading energy solutions provider, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst II to drive operational excellence through Salesforce platform integrations. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity across the enterprise. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting informed decision-making within the business unit while working on medium to large special projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr. Bus. Analyst or immediate supervisor
- Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate needs into technical specifications while ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity across the enterprise
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce solutions
- Analyze and optimize existing business processes, aligning them with Salesforce capabilities
- Lead workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story development
- Partner with technical and QA teams to design and test Salesforce functionality end to end with SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and related platforms
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems
- Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring requirements are met within project timelines
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support
- Manage medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development
- Apply standardized tools and techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications :
3 to 5 years related experience preferredBachelor's degree preferredExpertise in Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on integrations across platforms such as SAP, MuleSoft, UCDP, and other enterprise systemsStrong requirements gathering and documentation skillsExperience with process design and optimizationKnowledge of data integrity, security, and compliance standardsExperience supporting UAT and deployment activitiesExcellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholdersAbility to lead workshops and facilitate requirement sessionsUser training and documentation experienceProficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologiesPerks of Working with AP Recruiters & Associates :
