AS A REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR, you will provide clinical support and collaborate with the Program Manager and report to the Director of Nursing in all aspects of Med / Surg.
The supervisor will act as charge nurse during their respective shift.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Current Active RN License
- Charge / Supervisor nurse experience preferred
- Portrays professionalism in dealing with community and county agencies
- Displays courtesy and sensitivity
- Possess current knowledge of regulatory standards.
- Excellent leadership qualities and interpersonal skills
