is seeking a dynamic marketing professional to join its team as a
Marketing Communications Project Manager
in Shawnee, KS.
Project Manager
is responsible for leading the strategic and creative development process for all requests received by Marcom, an internal shared service, from PBI Gordon's internal business subsidiaries.
By collaborating closely with subsidiary stakeholders and Marcom team members, the Project Manager will deliver targeted, on-brand creative marketing solutions that align with strategic objectives.
Position Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day project management of all internal marketing business, acting as a main point of contact for all internal business subsidiaries
- Keep stakeholders informed and up to date on the status of active projects, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of Marcom solutions
- Actively manage direct reports-providing support, constructive coaching, and guidance that enables them to meet their full potential
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and calendars and leading weekly Marcom team project status meetings

Position Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Business-related area
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising or related area required
- 3+ years’ experience in managing, mentoring, and leading a team
- Familiarity with Teamwork or similar project management software tool
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
