Real Estate Marketing Intern - Must be enrolled in college & located in San Diego County
Are you interested in a career in real estate and love marketing? Join our team as our next Real Estate Marketing Intern for an opportunity to get hands-on experience and learn from experts in the industry! We’re in search of a dynamic marketing intern to gain experience and assist our team in accomplishing our marketing objectives.
An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas who is detail-oriented and can execute tactics in a timely manner.
Internship position provides educational experience & intern credits which serve as compensation.
Responsibilities :
- Contribute to executing our marketing strategies via print, mail, social media, email marketing, event coordination and more.
- Use Canva to create graphics that can be used amongst the team.
- Draft video scripts to support key initiatives.
- Regularly update social media and respond to followers.
Qualifications :
- Experience in various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram TikTok
- Experience using Canva to design graphics.
- You are extremely driven to succeed.
- Preference for working towards a degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Business or Communications.
- 1 or more years of prior work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
