Client Associate
SCO Wealth Management is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team in Bel Air, MD. This position will focus on enhancing the overall client experience by providing unparalleled customer service, while also providing administrative and operational support to the firm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative and operational support to the financial advisors, including preparing materials for client meetings and managing multiple high-priority tasks
- Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports from rough draft and originating correspondence as requested by the firm’s Partners
- Create and accurately process ACH’s, distributions and money transfers, journal entries, payments via check to outside vendors and secure stock powers and any other legal docs as needed
- Review and respond to all electronic correspondence; promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to accurate resolution
- Serve as backup operational support of the office
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; completed college coursework in conjunction with work experience will also be considered
- Investment, Banking, Mortgage, or related industry experience preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
