Description
The Program Manager provides administrative leadership, supervision and direction of the team working in Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS).
The Program Manager works within the Agency's team model, establishing open communication, support and accountability among coworkers.
This position is responsible for overseeing a team of eleven staff who provide outreach supports to seventy-seven persons who reside in the Holyoke / Chicopee area.
All candidates must have a master's degree in Social Work or other related discipline and must be licensed or on the pathway to licensure through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Social Work or a related field.
All candidates must have three or more years of providing direct supervisory experience.
