Job Title : F Shift Maintenance Technician (7pm-7am)

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining equipment in production and supporting the overall process of the plant.

Your duties will include locating and replacing defective components, collaborating with other Mechanics on complex repairs, troubleshooting various technical issues, and setting up packaging equipment.

You will also ensure adherence to good manufacturing practices and compliance with BRC and food safety requirements. Additional responsibilities include handling SPA for EHS protocols, managing parts requests, overseeing spare equipment repairs, mentoring operators in the PM process, supporting production tasks, and maintaining housekeeping standards in your work area.

Hard Skills

• Strong mechanical skills
• Basic electrical understanding including HDMI's, fault codes, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with packaging equipment setup

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Ability to teach, coach, and mentor

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Carrollton, Texas.

Work Environment

You will work in a climate-controlled environment, often around equipment at temperatures exceeding 300°ree;F. The role requires walking, standing, climbing stairs or ladders for up to 12 hours shifts, working in high places, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Shifts are from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM, Sunday-Tuesday and alternating Saturdays. Overtime is available but not mandatory.
