JobResponsibilities
- Ability to effectively manage all areas of the sales departmentincluding but not limited to wholesale retail purchasing andmarketing.
- Experiencewith internet and retail tools IE : Vauto Ecarlist
- Abilityto forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales gross and keyexpenses on a monthly and annualbasis.
- Possess strong closing abilities and ability to work withlenders.
- Understands and keeps abreast of federal state and localregulations.
- Abilityto handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly andprofessionally.
- Ensure high standards are held for delivery of vehicles tocustomers
- Ensure that sales representatives understand and follow dealershippolicies at alltimes.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectivelywith customers; subordinates and othermanagement.
- Abilityto train and be a leader to your sales staff. An effective manageris a great leader.
