What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Assist in planning and executing event plans, including working onsite with consumers and staff
- Develop materials, programs, and unique entertainment for each event
- Utilize consumer experience skills to deliver on-brand events
- Manage relationships with diverse communities and partners
- Support programming initiatives to create a welcoming and inclusive experience for customers
What Is Required (Qualifications) :
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the year
- Experience in event project management and budgeting
- Competent in Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Motorcycle riding experience or willingness to learn
- Experience working and collaborating with diverse groups and audience
