We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to help us reach our goal of being the leading digital marketing and ad solution to the residential real estate industry.

In this role you will collaborate with our product, marketing and customer success teams to design and implement innovative software solutions tailored to the real estate industry.

In this role, you will make an impact by :

• Designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions for our martech and adtech platforms that meet the needs of the market.
• Defining and driving the technical strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Leading the end-to-end architecture design, including APIs, data models, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Creating prototypes and proof of concepts to validate architectural decisions and showcase new technologies.
• Working closely with product managers, fellow engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and user needs.
• Establishing and enforcing engineering standards, best practices, and guidelines to maintain quality, reliability, and security.
• Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and support to the engineering team members and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

This opportunity may be a good fit if you :

• Have proven experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role in a SaaS environment, ideally within the PropTech or real estate sector.
• Have in-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies (Microsoft preferred) and experience with modularization.
• Are proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and cloud architectures.
• Have a strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), data warehousing, and data pipeline design.
• Have prior working experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI / CD, infrastructure as code).
• Are an excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong candidates also have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional / technical certifications.

What we offer :

• This position is a US-based remote role with preference to applicants based in the Western United States.
• A competitive base salary of $125,000 to $155,000 per year + other financial incentives including stock options.
