POSITION OVERVIEW : Guitar Center is seeking an Instrument Repair Technician to provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong customer focus, initiative, and a basic understanding of guitar products and sales techniques.
Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
- Maintain store-owned gear as requested
- Complete warranty repair work
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements :
Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Preferences :
Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
