About the Role At LITIT, we’re building a dynamic and versatile design team to create innovative, user-centered products and services. We’re looking for talented individuals with diverse skill sets — whether you specialize as a Product Designer, UX Research Specialist, UI Design Expert, or ideally have a combination of these strengths.

Responsibilities Conduct user research and analysis to uncover insights about user behavior and needs, and communicate findings clearly.

Understand potential customers and create personas, storyboards, customer journeys, scenarios, flowcharts, and prototypes.

Coordinate and moderate workshops to develop and align new products and services with clients.

Support development teams in implementing design specifications accurately.

Design high-quality user interfaces with focus on visual details, interactivity, consistency, and accessibility.

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams including business strategists, designers, developers, and technologists to combine technology, business, and design expertise.

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user tests, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations to drive product improvements.

Advise and support the team on UX / UI standards, best practices, and design system development.

Requirements You have a degree (BA / MA / Diploma) or equivalent experience in a design-related field.

You are passionate about simplifying complexity and focus on both interaction and graphic design or user research.

You care deeply about the people behind solutions—the customer, user, and team.

You have a hands-on mindset and can pragmatically and quickly implement concepts.

You challenge the status quo, drive product and service improvements, and inspire your team.

You have curiosity for technology and business models and want to connect these areas through your work.

Strong communication and presentation.

Experience with user research methods and tools.

Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and experience with design systems.

Fluency in English (German a plus, if relevant).

Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
