A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale their paid acquisition channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and optimize paid social programs across various platforms to drive customer acquisition
Support and refine paid search campaigns to improve conversion rates and capture high-intent traffic
Coordinate cross-channel growth experiments and collaborate with teams to align on growth goals
Required Qualifications :
4-5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with 2-3 years in paid social campaigns
Expertise in paid social platforms, especially LinkedIn and Meta, with additional experience in other platforms a plus
Experience managing Google Ads campaigns with knowledge of keyword strategy and bidding optimization
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and ad platform reporting
Ability to design and execute experiments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
