What You’ll Do :
- Customer Onboarding : Facilitate seamless setup for our clients.
- Quote Management : Prepare competitive off-catalog quotes, ensuring the best pricing and swift responses.
- Collaboration : Work closely with sales, procurement, and marketing teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Issue Resolution : Address partner concerns and ensure quick resolution to foster strong relationships.
- Continuous Improvement : Push for enhanced customer satisfaction through proactive support and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For :
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
