Job Summary

At Georgia Tech Swimming, we are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to lead our swimming programs and provide personalized lessons to children of all ages and skill levels. Ideal for students, this role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire young swimmers. Join our team in Atlanta, GA and make a splash!

Responsibilities

Provide swim instruction tailored to different age groups and skill levels

Create a safe and encouraging learning environment

Evaluate student progress and provide feedback

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

High school diploma, GED Certificate or Vocational School Diploma

Required Experience

Up to two years of job related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with students of various ages and abilities

Proficient in swim strokes and techniques

Strong background in water safety and CPR & First Aid Certified

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Prior experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus!

Passion for swimming and working with children.
