Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for inbound calls from Spanish- and English-speaking consumers
Provide empathetic, solution-oriented support for product, technical, and warranty issues
Accurately document call details and meet daily performance expectations in service quality and productivity
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service role
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Comfortable with PC-based tools and Microsoft Office
Must pass a background check and drug screen
