Job Summary :
TheSystems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing designing andimplementing information systems to meet the organizations needs.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understandtheir requirements identifying system improvements and ensuringthat IT systems are aligned with business goals.
The idealcandidate will have strong analytical skills experience in systemdesign and implementation and a passion for optimizing technologysolutions.
KeyResponsibilities :
- RequirementsGathering : Work with stakeholders to gather anddocument business requirements translating them into functionalspecifications for ITsystems.
- SystemAnalysis : Analyze current systems and processes toidentify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions thatenhance efficiency andeffectiveness.
- SystemDesign : Design IT systems and applications ensuringthey meet business requirements and are scalable secure andefficient.
- ImplementationSupport : Assist in the implementation of new systemsand applications including testing training and changemanagement.
- ProcessImprovement : Identify and implement processimprovements to optimize system performance and userexperience.
- SystemIntegration : Coordinate the integration of newsystems with existing IT infrastructure ensuring compatibility andseamlessoperation.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation for system designsconfigurations processes andprocedures.
- Troubleshooting : Provide support for system issues working with IT teams to diagnoseand resolve problemsquickly.
- StakeholderCommunication : Act as a liaison between IT teams andbusiness stakeholders ensuring clear communication andunderstanding of projectobjectives.
- ContinuousLearning : Stay updated on the latest technologiesand trends in systems analysis and IT solutions applying newknowledge to improve systems.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 3years of experience in systems analysis IT consulting or a relatedfield.
- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or arelated field (or equivalentexperience).
- TechnicalSkills :
- Strong understanding ofsystem design principles software development life cycle (SDLC) andproject management methodologies.
- Proficiencyin database management systems (e.g. SQL Server Oracle) andenterprise software applications.
- Experiencewith system integration API development and datamigration.
- Knowledge of programming languagessuch as Python Java or C# is aplus.
- AnalyticalSkills : Excellent analytical and problemsolvingskills with the ability to assess complex systems and recommendeffectivesolutions.
- Communication : Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability towork effectively with both technical and nontechnicalstakeholders.
- Attention toDetail : High level of accuracy and attention todetail in system analysis documentation andtesting.
- Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and managemultiple projectssimultaneously.
