legal Counsel to manage certain legal matters in relation to Fitch Group’s business operations in North America. This role reports to one of Fitch Group’s Deputy General Counsels.

We’ll Count on You To :
- Provide legal support (including the review of fee agreements and NDAs) for various credit analyst groups in Fitch Ratings and the corresponding business relationship management groups.
- Support other operational functions of Fitch Group which will depend upon the specialist expertise of the candidate.
What You Need to Have :
- Experience representing clients on intellectual property, software licensing and emerging technology matters
- Financial Services experience
- Admitted Attorney in a US state or equivalent jurisdiction
- At least 5 years of post-admission relevant experience in private practice or working in-house at a financial services institution
- Fluency in English is required
