The Registered Nurse II is responsible for implementing physician orders, administering medications, performing treatments and procedures, and documenting treatment as required by company policy and regulations.
They also assess and evaluate patient needs, provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses, and collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, current RN license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and a minimum of 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
