Content responsibilities include :
- Messaging for marketing campaigns
- Tracking messaging and copy updates
- Building copy libraries and sharing with the teams
The candidate should be energetic, super organized, creative, and possess excellent project management skills.
Skills required :
- Able to write engaging and factual consumer-facing copy across multiple channels (email, in-product, display banners)
- Skilled editor with outstanding communication skills
- Must understand and maintain brand tonality in various copy executions
- Must be proactive
- Needs to understand brand strategy and business objectives and how they translate to copy
- Comfortable following creative direction and taking constructive feedback
- Detail-oriented and organized, managing timelines and deliverables for others
- Insightful and creative
- Collaborative
- Familiarity with marketing positioning framework and messaging
- Experience with consumer marketing required; experience with consumer and commercial marketing of hi-tech, hardware, or consumer products preferred
- Able to prioritize multiple work streams and deadlines
- Project management of own work and various related channels
- Content management
- Experience with SharePoint required
- Proficient with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to maintain a copy library (operational aspects of content management)
