Job Description :
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Provide direct and indirect instructional support to students in a positive environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure the best possible educational outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate and complete student records and prepare reports on students' progress and development.
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to create a safe and conducive learning environment.

- Appropriate ADE Certification
