Job Description
Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn has an immediate opening for a part-time receptionist / cashier to join the team!
A customer-friendly, eager individual with an exceptional personality will succeed at this role. We are looking for someone ready to assist when needed.
Other shifts may become available for sick and vacation coverage as well.
Job Purpose :
Supports sales operations by welcoming visitors, answering and transferring phone calls, cashing out clients and assisting the management team as requested.
Duties include but not limited to :
- Answering phone calls
- Greeting customers as they come in
- Assisting with bringing customers to parts / service department
- Cashiering
Hours :
- Friday - 3 : 00pm-6 : 00pm
- Saturday 7 : 30am-1 : 00pm
- Sunday 11 : 00am-5 : 00pm - 1st and 3rd Sunday of month
Schedule is mandatory and unable to alter hours. Coverage during other shifts may be needed so there is an option to pick up more hours.
