Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Business Systems team to enhance Salesforce for go-to-market strategiesLead requirements gathering and manage the sprint-based development process for Salesforce and other applicationsOversee the acquisition and enablement of new revenue tools while ensuring continuous process improvementRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in Enterprise Application, Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales OperationsHigh proficiency in managing sprint-based Salesforce architecture development3+ years of management experience, with preference for 2nd level management experienceExperience in high-growth environments and implementing controlsFamiliarity with SFDC CPQ or comparable CPQ platforms
