Site Work Estimator

gpac is partnered with a leading civil construction company that are on the lookout for an experienced Estimator to joing their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project estimations, from initial site surveys through to project completion.

This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take on complex projects.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years' experience in civil construction estimating,
• With a strong knowledge of earth moving, restoration, landfill work, site development, highway and bridge expansion, and utility installations.
• Proficiency in Heavy Job (HCSS), Timberline, or similar software.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA Supervisor 30-Hour Training.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and computer skills for budget tracking and crew management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough visits to assess conditions and gather data for precise estimation.
• Accurately quantify materials and labor using software like Heavy Job, HCSS, and Timberline.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and project documentation.
• Oversee deliverables, coordinate final inspections, and ensure documentation is complete.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, addressing issues and regulatory concerns.
• Safety & Compliance : Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and safety standards.
