Bunge Field Contracts Administrator

RICHARD is currently looking for a Field Contracts Administrator Specialist for a project in Destrehan, Louisiana. Work will be performed at the Destrehan job site. The Contracts Administrator Specialist will be responsible for "cradle-to-grave" contract formation and administration, including issuance and administration of Request For Proposals (RFPs), managing contract change requests, review and approval of change orders, and contract invoicing through close-out.

Job Requirements

Must Haves :

• Extensive experience in contract / subcontract administration within heavy industrial construction
• Experience developing scopes of work, assembling bid documents for RFPs, communicating with bidders, and managing subcontractors
• Ability to interpret complex commercial, legal, and construction contracts
• Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to perform in a construction environment, including job walks and communication with contractors and field teams
