Who We Are
Indy Pavement Services (IPS) is a new pavement services company serving the north Indianapolis suburbs. We specialize in parking lot repair, safety, and striping.
We want every parking lot we service to be safe, valuable, and aesthetically excellent. We're on a mission to be the one-stop shop for pavement in the state of Indiana.

What We’re Looking For
We need a general manager who can take on the day-to-day operations of the company. You will be an extension of the owners and should have a demonstrated ability to set vision, lead, and get things done.
We expect the best candidates to possess 5 10-years of experience. We are willing to pay for experience, a background in construction, INDOT, parking lot maintenance, interstate, managing people, roads or property management is a definite plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IPS operations
- Manage projects, maintenance, production, safety, and crew training
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to improve business operations
- Execute the owners' vision for the growth and management of IPS
Pay & Benefits
- We are willing to pay for experience, a background in construction, INDOT, parking lot maintenance, interstate, managing people, roads or property management is a definite plus.
- Bonus incentives tied to company growth and profits
- As a start-up there are no formal benefits yet. However, the company is eager to work with candidates to offset costs and incentivize healthcare alternatives (Samaritan Ministries, Medi-Share, etc.)
