The Behavior Consultant position offers a flexibleschedule that will allow for this balance.

Job Duties :
- Meet with clients andcaregivers in home, community, and school settings.
- Develop individualizedtreatment plans.
- Monitor progress toward goalsthrough data collection and analysis
- Supervise Behavioral HealthTechnicians and the implementation of the ITP.
- Collaborate with teammembers regularly.
Qualifications :
- The BC-ABA must meet 1 ofthe following :
- Be licensed in theCommonwealth as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and familytherapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist,certified registered nurse practitioner, or a professional with a scope ofpractice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services and have one ofthe following :
- Certification as a BAaBA orother undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accreditedby the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American NationalStandards Institute.
- A minimum of 1 year offull-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABAfrom a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the UnitedStates Department of Education or the Council for Higher EducationAccreditation or the equivalent from a foreign college or university that hasbeen evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc.
or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
- A minimum of 1 year offull-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of aprofessional with a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-levelcertification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the NationalCommission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Instituteand a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA-approved by the Departmentor provided by a continuing education provider approved by the BehaviorAnalysis Certification Board.
- Be licensed in thisCommonwealth as a psychologist and have a minimum of 1 year of full-timeexperience providing ABA services and a minimum of 40 hours of training relatedto ABA-approved by the Department or provided by a continuing educationprovider approved by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
