I am currently working with a leading AM LAW firm , who are actively looking to recruit a partner to join their growing Commercial Real Estate group in Denver.
Job Description :
The group is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Partner to join it's Denver office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
Responsibilities :
- Handle high level transactions with regional and national clients.
- Assist in the further development of the firm's real estate practice.
- Network and develop new clients in both Colorado and the wider region.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Colorado state bar.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- A book of portable business is required.
