We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business value.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making.
A strong background in SQL and data analysis is essential.
In this role, you will oversee analytics needs and data quality across the organization, working with teams and leadership to define and shape self-service analytics and foster a data-driven culture.
You’ll also help drive a robust data quality assurance and data accuracy practice, as well as grow the relationship between the Product & Engineering team and the rest of the organization, empowering team members to reach out and request analytical support as they need it.

Role and responsibilities
- Data Collection & Analysis - Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights
- Reporting & Visualization - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to present data in a user-friendly format
- SQL Querying - Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases
- Stakeholder Collaboration - Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Performance Monitoring - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
- Documentation - Document data processes, methodologies, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility
- Data Quality Assurance - Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data through rigorous validation and testing processes.
Work with Business Intelligence Analysts and Engineers to model data in a scalable way
Ad Hoc Analysis -Perform ad hoc data analysis to support specific business initiatives and projects
Required qualifications and skills
- Education - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analysis or BI role
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Luzmo, Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Experience with data governance and data quality management
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired qualifications and skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with SalesForce data is a plus
