Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational efficiency and aesthetic appeal of our restaurant facilities.

This is an opportunity to contribute your skills in maintenance and repair while supporting our commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers and creating a positive environment for our team members.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide facility support to all restaurants and operations team members in assigned market.
• General hands-on repair of all building and equipment elements including but not limited to the following :
• Finishes (i.e. : Paint, FRP, ceiling tile, etc.)
• Tile repair and replacements
• Lighting (fixtures and lamps)
• Minor plumbing
• Minor electrical
• Minor equipment repair (does not include major items like compressor replacement, etc.)
• Landscaping
• Power wash exterior sidewalks
• Filter replacement
• Compressor cleaning
• Conduct monthly inspections at all locations and go through an established checklist. Report to Ops team on any deficient items and schedule needed resolution / repair.
• Assist and manage any outside service provider projects.
• Assist Ops with any special projects (hanging banners, signs, etc.)
• Meet with Ops team on weekly basis to review all requested support items and provide weekly updates.
• Order and maintain parts inventory for needed repairs.

What We’re Looking for :

• 1+ years of experience working in a warehouse.
• Ability to lift to 75 lbs.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical or system maintenance
• Experience in programmable logic control repair and diagnostics
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
• Use of personal vehicle and tools is required.
