Team C&L Auto Body, a family-owned MSO with 10 locations in NJ (East Hanover, Kenvil, Washington, Woodbridge, Hackettstown, Morristown, Berkeley Heights, Scotch Plains, Plainfield, and Wantage), is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance Manager.

Compensation : $18 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required :

Assure that C&L QC procedures are being followed by all departments
Solely responsible for final quality inspections
Assure that all repairs to the vehicle match the final invoice
Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective repair
Meet & greet customers
Review repairs of all vehicles & sign off on ready-for-delivery
Deliver vehicles to customers reviewing repairs & answering any questions

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should have the following experience :

Experience working in a Team Environment
Prior working knowledge of body repairs and parts
Prior experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing, and organizing
Ability to effectively communicate
