As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to support the team and help drive the business to the next level.
Position Overview : As the Office Manager, you will be a key member of this small team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
You will provide essential administrative support, manage clerical tasks, and help maintain a productive work environment.
Your contributions will directly impact efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Purchase office supplies and materials as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
- Perform general office administration duties.
- Manage light bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable using QuickBooks.
- Interface with their CPA for payroll processing and financial reporting.
- Provide light customer service and assist with phone inquiries.
- Manage purchasing activities to ensure smooth office operations.
- Occasionally assist in production tasks as needed.
Key Competencies :
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Quickbooks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma required; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
