- What You'll Do : *
- Handle Inquiries : * Manage phone and message inquiries from patients and their care partners.
- Assist with Healthcare Needs : * Help with insurance, billing inquiries, appointment management, medical records, authorizations, and referrals.
- Use C-I-CARE : * Ensure every patient interaction is positive and effective.
- What You Bring : *
- Experience : * Minimum 1 year in a high-volume contact center and 1 additional year in customer service, or 2 years in patient-facing healthcare roles.
- Strong Communication : * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable phone manners.
- Multitasking Abilities : * Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
