Medical Adult Day Center, conveniently located in the heart of Bergen County, NJ, has an opening for a full time social worker.
Our Center serves a culturally diverse population of older adults. The social worker assists with obtaining concrete services (food stamps, housing assistance, etc.
and completes documentation such as assessments, care plans, and trigger notes. Acts as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Applicant must be licensed or certified by the State of NJ. Bilingual a plus, must be vaccinated. Recent graduates welcome to apply as long as they are licensed or certified.
