What you can expect

You will drive the Zoom Phone hardware device business, owning objectives and KPIs to ensure its success. Your responsibilities include overseeing the development and design of the flagship Zoom Phone Appliance, which runs a native Zoom client.

Driving the integration of core Zoom Phone features on all supported third- party IP phones. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships, communicate the Zoom Phone roadmap, and ensure hardware partners meet delivery goals.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements to delight customers.
  • Translating customer needs into well-defined user stories, business requirements and functional

requirements for core management systems and services.

  • Owning, defining and grooming product backlogs, working with development and design teams to drive agile delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with other product managers, product marketing and multiple cross-functional teams to define and maintain the core management platform roadmap.
  • Tracking product KPIs and analyze product usage data to identify trends and reveal requirements that can best enable customer happiness.
  • Being the leading expert on your product by evaluating competitors, understanding industry trends, and collaborating closely with key customers and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • Hold a Bachelor's in a technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering)
  • Have a decade of product management experience driving hardware device centric business lines
  • Track record of positive outcomes driving device centric businesses
  • Have knowledge and industry experience with existing cloud or premise-based enterprise unified communications platforms is also a great addition.
  • Have excellent communication skills across all mediums are essential. Influence. Inspire. Simplify. Tell the Story. Drive decisions with focus and clarity.
  • Experience in driving enterprise SaaS, communication, and collaboration products and technologies
  • Have proficiency with best practices in directory and identity management, security credentialing, group policy administration, and experience with Agile processes and driving Agile / Scrum teams.

This is a hybrid role based in San Jose, CA(3 days at home, 2 days in office.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings :

Minimum : $118,600.00

$118,600.00

Maximum : $259,500.00

$259,500.00

In addition to the base salary and / or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration;

base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note : Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
