We are seeking dynamic and highly organized individuals to join our workshop team at Shoup Legal. As an Event Staff, you will play a crucial role in facilitating in-person estate planning workshops to educate and empower individuals in the Temecula Valley on the importance of estate planning.

Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and executing these events to help us reach and assist our local communities.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with managing event logistics, including setup and preparing any necessary equipment for check-in and post workshop scheduling.
  • Welcome and engage attendees, answering their questions and providing general information about Shoup Legal's services.
  • Assist in post-workshop process including scheduling appointments and collecting payments
  • Collect and maintain participant information and feedback for follow-up purposes.
  • Represent Shoup Legal with professionalism and compassion

  • 3-hour shifts
  • 8-12 available shift per month
  • Flexible Schedules
  • Day / Evening Shifts
  • Weekend Availability

Requirements

  • Must be friendly, energetic, and outgoing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Prior event experience (Preferred)
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • 18 years or older
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Excellent customer service abilities
  • Foundational knowledge of estate planning & probate, and / or a willingness to learn.
  • Local knowledge of the Temecula Valley area is (Preferred).

Salary Description

$25 hourly
