SFA - Up to $125k + Equity & Bonus

Our client (>

$500M in revenue) is a partner of customers in the entertainment industry that provides a range of services to allow for business needs to run more efficiently.

They are looking for an experienced SFA to join their team and oversee SG&A, along with aspects of commercial sales finance.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary financial business partner to the SG&A cost centers (i.e., COEs)
• Prepare Quarterly Forecasts and partner with your assigned COE(s) to deliver financial results
• Provide consultative support through financial analyses, reports, and recommendations
• Conduct monthly meetings with all department owners to review financial performance
• Review historical data, predict future results, and analyze budget variances
• Create / monitor KPIs to analyze trends and causes of unexpected variances
• Develop and oversee headcount reporting and monthly roll-forwards

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Accounting
• 4 years of progressive experience in an FP&A role required
• Prior experience with a company $500M+ in revenue preferred
• Prior experience overseeing SG&A spend required
• Headcount modeling a plus
• Assisted with the scale of a business and have the ability to interact cross-functionally
• Prior IPO experience or exit from PE preferred
• Experience with M&A, or internal corporate development / FDD a plus
• Experience with Oracle ERP and / or PowerBI will help you stand out among other candidates What’s in it for you :
