Compensation :
$92,000 - $117,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
- Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
- Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
- Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
- Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
- Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and Leads -No cold Calling.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize your income and career growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
- To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required if you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
