Compensation :

$92,000 - $117,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
• Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Identify and target potential clients through networking, referrals, and Leads -No cold Calling.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Meet or exceed sales targets to maximize your income and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications :

• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
• CRM experience preferred
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required if you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, we want to talk to you.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
