Job Title : Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Aesthetics Focus
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong background in dermatology and aesthetics to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, a minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetics, and a drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive dermatological and aesthetic assessments
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin conditions, including performing cosmetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, and laser treatments
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive skincare and aesthetic treatment options
- Collaborate with our team of dermatologists, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Qualifications :
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- At least 3 years of experience in aesthetics, including procedures such as Botox, fillers, and lasers
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in dermatological procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A good cultural fit with our practice's priorities of putting patients first and not just focusing on financial goals or production numbers
- Medical certifications to prescribe and treat patients
