License : WI license required

Certifications : BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP

Description :

WI license is required prior to submission.

Every other week commitment required.

Current critical care experience is required or must have worked in critical care within the last 12 months.

Ability to manage a heavy workload is essential.

Familiarity with EPIC is preferred.

May need to float onsite within skill set or to locations within 40 miles if needed.
