Job Title : Senior Tax Manager (Partnership / Pass-Through)

Location : Remote position

Salary : $170k-$230k

Requirements : CPA, at least 5+ years of Management in Public Accounting

What You Will Be Doing

• Review and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, primarily for partnership returns and pass-through entities.
• Review financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records
• Review complex tax planning projections for estimated tax liability
• Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates
• Conduct complex tax research and prepare memorandum outlining findings and conclusions
• Respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquires, and tax notices
• Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters
• Lead department in knowledge of software, processes, and workflows

What You Need For This Position

• Partnership return experience required
• 5+ years of management experience in Public Accounting
• CPA, LLM (Master of Laws) or Juris Doctorate required
