What You'll Do

As an LPN at CHI Mercy Health Valley City, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, providing direct care to a diverse patient population. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Delivering Direct Patient Care : Provide hands-on patient care to patients across various needs, ensuring comfort, safety, and a positive experience.
• Following Treatment Plans : Possess and / or actively seek the knowledge required to meticulously follow medical and nursing plans of treatment and care for each patient.
• Performing Assessments & Treatments : Conduct patient assessments, perform various procedures, and administer treatments accurately and efficiently under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Accurate Reporting & Documentation : Maintain precise and timely documentation of all patient observations, care provided, and any changes in patient condition.
• Ensuring Safe & Confidential Care : Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and maintain the utmost confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Collaborating with the Team : Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, communicating essential patient information and contributing to a cohesive patient care environment.
• Continuous Learning : Remain current with best practices in nursing care and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

Pay Range

$19.96 - $28.19 / hour
