Patient Demographics : Adult patients with rheumatologic conditions

Phone Consults : Yes

Case Mix : General rheumatology with option to tailor subspecialty interests

EMR System : EPIC HIMSS Stage VII certified

Office Equipment Available : Standard outpatient rheumatology tools

Specialty Backup Available : Collegial group of system physicians

Support Staff Available : Full hospital and clinic support team

Reason for Coverage : System expansion and growth

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active IN license (or ability to obtain)

Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible

Experience : Open to experienced physicians and new grads

Other Qualifications : Subspecialty interests encouraged; EMR proficiency (EPIC)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver outpatient rheumatology care

Collaborate with hospital and clinic teams in a collegial setting

Document using EPIC EMR

Contribute to expanding rheumatology services within a growing system
