Sign on bonus up to $3000 (pro-rated for part-time)
Responsible for the day-to-day clinical oversight of CCS program to ensure quality patient care that is consistent with regulatory agency standards and evidence-based practices for addiction treatment.
Working with the CBHC Nurse Manager and under the direction of the Program Director and in his / her absence, assumes responsibility for the daily operation of the program.
Responsibilities :
1. Provides supervision, and consultation as needed, to, metal health counselors, peer specialists including monitoring milieu acuity and assigning clients tasks, as appropriate.
Assures development of treatment plan and crisis response plan for clients as needed.
2. Reviews clinical documentation to assure full compliance with Federal, State, and Program regulations and stipulations as well as private payors and accreditation if applicable.
Oversees Quality Assurance program.
3. Provides regularly scheduled supervision to program staff, reviewing group dynamics and developing strategies to maximize client continuation and compliance.
Develops in-service training for staff.
4. In collaboration with the Senior Director of the CBHC and the CBHC Medical Director, conducts ongoing review of the clinical program design and implements recommendations for improvement.
5. Develops and monitors group curriculum using evidence based techniques to meet the needs of clients served in the program.
6. Participates in the hiring, training, performance evaluation and scheduling of staff as assigned.
7. Attends and participates internal team meetings as required as well as external stakeholder meetings.
8. Shares in on-call responsibilities for the Program, as applicable.
9. Performs direct service as needed.

Qualifications :
Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, rehabilitative counseling or a closely related field required.
LMHC, LICSW license preferred.
Two years of supervisory experience in a milieu setting preferred.
