Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior BCBA to join our Thornton, Colorado office. Situated in the stunning Front Range, Thornton offers a balance of urban living with close proximity to the Rocky Mountains, providing opportunities for hiking, skiing, and enjoying the natural beauty of Colorado.
As part of the OBC team, you will supervise and mentor RBTs, provide behavior analysis services, and help develop individualized treatment plans that positively impact the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities :
- Provide clinical supervision and ongoing training to RBTs, ensuring high-quality services.
- Conduct assessments, develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and oversee their implementation.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals.
- Participate in treatment plan reviews, updating goals and strategies as needed.
- Lead staff trainings and professional development initiatives.
- Work directly with families to provide guidance and ensure treatment consistency.
- Uphold OBC's commitment to compassionate care and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications :
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least 3 years of post-certification experience.
- Proven experience in training, supervising, and mentoring RBTs.
- Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and a commitment to individualized client care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
