Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer (Overhead Line) to join their Plano, Texas team!
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design / implementation of power delivery projects (overhead distribution lines and systems)
- Manage project deliverables through coordination with clients / internal teams
- Provide technical guidance and oversee junior engineers
- Ensure compliance with industry standards / regulations
- Manage project schedules / budgets
- Advise on constructability of designed projects
- Attend meetings (site / pre-construction)
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in power delivery engineering
- PE License
- Experience in overhead line construction observation
- Proficient in PLS CADD and / or O-Calc preferred
Salary is commensurate with experience.
