This will be a fulltime direct placement position. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical and Health Services Manager to join our healthcare team.
This role will oversee the daily operations of healthcare facilities or a specific department ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
Operational Management : Oversee daily operations including staffing budgeting and resource management for departments or facilities.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with healthcare laws regulations and policies including local state and federal guidelines.
Staff Supervision : Recruit train and manage healthcare staff fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
Financial Management : Prepare and monitor budgets control costs and optimize financial performance through resource allocation and costeffective practices.
Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance patient care quality safety and service delivery.
Patient Care Optimization : Implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction health outcomes and efficiency of care delivery.
Data Management and Reporting : Analyze and report on performance metrics utilizing data to drive continuous improvement in healthcare services.
Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a liaison between staff patients families and the community ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns as needed.
Education : Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business public health or related field. Master s degree preferred.
Experience : 35 years of management experience in a healthcare setting with strong knowledge of healthcare regulations operations and quality standards.

Licensure / Certification : Certification as a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional (cHAP) or Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) is preferred.
Technical Proficiency : Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare management software (e.g. Epic Cerner or Meditech).
Regulatory Knowledge : Indepth understanding of Medicare Medicaid HIPAA OSHA and Joint Commission standards.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to a range of stakeholders.
Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.
Flexibility and Adaptability : Willingness to adapt to changes in the healthcare environment and work nontraditional hours as needed.
Conflict Resolution : Skilled in conflict resolution and managing difficult situations with patients staff and external partners.
