About The Position
A skilled nursing facility is seeking an internal medicine nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
The position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday, from 8 : 30 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with an average of 20 patient encounters per day.
The role involves monitoring primary care services for the designated patient population, focusing on typical geriatric and skilled nursing services.
A Medical Director will be onsite several days a week to provide oversight and support. Additionally, the practice is supported by a full staff of registered nurses (RNs) to ensure comprehensive patient care.
